Download Videos (Mobile)

Users can download videos from the mobile app. Check out the steps below. 

Steps

1. From the Home screen, click the 3 dots next to the video. 

2. Click Download. 

3. Users can select the download resolution and download type. 

Other Tips and Considerations

• When downloading a video for the first time, you'll need to ensure access to your photos is allowed to download videos. 
• Download options are based on plan type. 
• Download loads available will display when selecting a download format. Please note, all users except Enterprise users will have the following limits.
  • Essential- 50 Downloads per month
  • Starter- 100 Downloads per month
  • Professional- 200 Downloads per month
