AI Credit System

Vyond is introducing an AI usage credit system to allow more customers to access these powerful features. Customers have the flexibility to disable these AI features as needed. Please contact your account management team or [email protected] to have these features turned off. 

Credits Per Plan

• Text to Video (Vyond Go)

Credits are deducted from the monthly allocation and will reset at the 1st of every month. Customers can use their allocation of credits across the features most valuable to them.

Credit Balance

For Starer, Professional, and Agency, to view the credit balance, select the profile icon and the credit balance will appear. 

Click the credit balance to open the settings where the credit balance will show along with the total number of credits for the plan type.
